Bought a pair of nike trainers for £80 took 6 days to come when it said within 3 days and when it came they sent me blue instead of black wich I ordered but im just gonna keep them because I know it will be a lot of hassle and time to get a refund never buying online from jd again.Would give them zero stars if I could

I am so disappointed to be treated the way I have by such a well established company. I orded several items from JD sports and the parcel arrived promptly, one item was missing and this was acknowledged on the invoice, however trying to get my money/refund back for this one item that was out of stock is a whole other story! After many ignored emails I finally went to PayPal and created a dispute to get my money back. I will never shop with JD sports again, they have extremely poor customer care.

jd sports provided me with one of the worst online purchasing experiences I have ever had.I ordered a pair of trainers for a mate as a gift, they took ages to arrive, and when they did, the box was completely battered. I felt embarrassed to give them to my mate. I was then invited by jd sports to leave a review on their website, I did this, and my review was not a positive one, so surprise surprise my review was rejected by jd sports. It seems that they will only accept/publish reviews that show them in a positive light (i'm sure they dont get many).

I ordered a jacket that took a MONTH to arrive and when it did the jacket had a hole in it and a damaged hood zip. I wrote a review twice but both times they rejected my honest review. Looks like they do not like the truth about them coming out. I was given a full refund through Paypal as I was fortunate enough to use Paypal. I advise all customers that shop at JD Sports to pay through Paypal as you then get protection should anything bad happen.

Really bad customer service will never shop here again. I ordered online and paid for next day delivery and it didnt arrive. i recieved confirmation emails of my order yet when i phoned they informed me it hadnt even been processed yet (3 days later) and so i asked for a refund of my next day delivery charge and they said they couldnt do that. i think that is unfair since it is not my problem that they didnt deliver it next day. the lady on the phone was very unhelpful which lead to me cancelling my entire order of £75 pounds. dont shop online, it appears i am not the only one who has been mistreated by this company.

I placed an order on the 18th of december it is now the 26th of december and still no delivery. on tracking my order it shows my parcel was loaded on the van on the 21st went for a ride round then got taken back to the depot where it spent christmas, despite 3 phone calls to try to get it delivered in time i ended up on a frantic xmas eve shopping trip to buy a replacement gift. never used the site before and never will again. DISGUSTING.

Beware folks JD are now operating a 7day refund policy which for me is worse than buying from a market trader where at least you buy goods at discount prices. At JD's, which is a huge well established chain, you pay full whack for their products and recieve a shabby reund policy. hey there,i havent been a really big shopper of jd because the cloths that et put in the sale are like the new prices that when they were fisr brought in to the shop so i would like to see some improvement o that and the january sale was not really a sale it just was nothing really it was to exspensive hardly anyone went in and brought anything and plus the cloth are like 2007 not 2011 there way old in the shop were we are..

There's a lot of reviews on here, citing the company as irresponsible and in some instances fraudulent. Recently bought a pair of Nike Air Max for the reduced price of £65 and ordered a pair of Adidas ZX500 at £60. Unfortunately I mislaid my receipt - a fault which I accepte full responsibility for. The Nike trainers have lasted for six weeks and now have started to split. Can I get a refund or a new pair? Not a chance without proof of purchase. One would have thought a company as big as JD Sports would be pleased to help a man on Incapacity Benefit and Pension Credit. So beware, they are selling a sub-standard product which I urge you to boycott. I have cancelled the ZX500s and will never shop at JD Sports again. Plus I will advise all my friends to do the same.
