Advantages: Good staff, they do care!

Disadvantages: Bad upper staff!

I'm actually employed by jessops, I've now worked in 2 of their stores, so I thought I'd clear a few issues some people may be having.

Customer service is a must for all employees, it's not just something expected it's what staff want as well, it's a lot nicer being nice to customers. If their are any problems we often go to great lengths [I have many a time] to help. On one occasion I recoloured a whole set of photographs for a chap who had used sepia toning filter on his digi cam and charged him for the just the cd he requested.

The bad thing is, the staff up to store manager are great, above that it gets messy. Area and regional managers are often complained about but in jessops it's borderline hatred. They often have no idea what they're doing and frequently piss staff about. It's disgracely, so next time your in, treat the staff nice, they are under a lot of pressure and still manage to maintain that heart-warming smile.

P.S: Great Yarmouth store is the best!
