I am not the average Jessops shopper- as I known and use high spec digital camera's (usually above what Jessops normally have in stock), however I do sometimes use their services. Mainly as they are on the high street and can have a few bargains. This is my experience of the Cardiff branch based on my last 2 experiences:

Visit today:
I had ordered 2 bags for a tripod online today are they had a great deal on. I recieved text/email confirmation that they were ready and off I went to the store. I arrived and was served immediately- however the person went off to find the items for me. Within 10 minutes he was back, with my bags and I paid and left. Was a rather long time to wait- but I didn't complain.

Visit before Christmas:
I had ordered 10 prints online using Jessops software, I then asked these to be delivered to the store. This works out very cheap- as you get the online prices for prints- and the postage is free! I recieved my email on the Thursday telling me the prints had arrived- off I went on fridayto collect them. I went to the photo printed part of the store, only to be informed that they had not arrived. Slightly annoyed at this point as I had received an email telling me they were in the store- I asked the lady to check again. This time she managed to find my prints- I was a frustrated customer!
