Disadvantages: Devastating consequences

I took 7 films into Jessops in Oxford's High Street. I took them in on Saturday and went to pick them up the following Tuesday. They had given them away to somebody else without the thought of the normal ticket system. I still have the tickets and numbers. Their staff have not been at all helpfull. Even head office dont care and come up with only excuses. Lots of lost memmories are a result. I would not recommend Jessops to anyone after this. Today is 10th August 2002,Three weeks later and they have not contacted me. I have phoned and visited on numerous occasions to no avail. Dont go there with your films if you value them. I wouln't even rate their staff on your star chart.
