Advantages: variety of clothes n sports equipments

Disadvantages: expensive with few things

I dread going into sports shops, and this one is worst than most. Sure yes they have the full range of sports equipment, but there aren't enough people working there who seem to know what they're doing. It is a nightmare buying trainers there, - noone seems to know what they're talking about and you have to wait for ages. Also staff don't approach you, you have to hunt around to find them.

Generally I'm not a fan of sport shops and this is no exception. The entrance is off putting having to go up escalators to get into the store is a very odd first impression. Then once upstairs the no existent staff and poorly kept store just aren't enough to keep you in there I'm afraid. I visited on an unusually quiet Thursday morning and the floor was a mess even though I was the only customer in there. I think they need to pick it up a notch and get away from the teenage clothing store image and move into the specialist sports equipment stockist circles.

There are many other sports giant that are worth visiting such as sportsworld and jd sports.
