Very good department store with everything you need (John Lewis)

Advantages: Good customer service, pleasant feel shopping there, wide selection, reasonable prices, best quality

Disadvantages: The nearest John Lewis store can be quite far away. Nearest ones to me are Glasgow and Edinburgh.

The nearest store for me would be Edinburgh and it is certainly quite a classy department store selling almost everything from computers to homeware. Some of the gift items are very appealing too. The quality of customer service is second to none and I've never heard of any complaints so far about this store.
It is sometimes a little more expensive to buy from this store and other times just the same but you'll find almost anything here
Sometimes there are products here that you won't find anywhere else epsecially the gift items.
The atmosphere shopping here is very pleasant and it is quite easy to find your way around. There is also a cafe up the stairs that sells good tea/coffee and cakes etc.
Overall a very good store to shop in.
There is a good selection of clothes but I don't buy any for myself as they can sometimes be quite pricey but good quality. Other people I've spoken to think it's much on par with M&S clothes or better. They sell womens, mens and childrens clothes.
There are escalators and elevators to go between different floors.

Summary: Highly recommended to visit and shop there
