I visited their Bluewater Store on 10/03/2001 and confirmed that this price comaprison still extended to the Internet as well.

Subject to the comparison being exact i.e. Goods are identical in all respects including stands or accessories offered, no charge made for delivery (JL's is free)and that they are sold by a recognised retailer... they will price match to even UK based Internet Retailers.

In the case of Electrical Goods, John Lewis also offer a 5 Year Free Guarantee on all non portable tv's and many other products come with two years guarantee.

This means that you get the dependability of John Lewis and the best possible price as well.
