Advantages: Excellent serivce, staff know full products

I really have to say something about John Lewis. My local store is the one in London in Brent Cross shopping centre. There are three floors in the whole area.
Top Floor
-------------
The top floor contains, kids toys, electronic good, sofa and sporting equipment. The layout very easy to understand so there won’t be a problem of getting lost.
Middle Floor
---------------
The middle floor contains luggage bags, filo fax, jewellery, ladies clothes, cushion, quilt cover, hair care and a whole perfume department. There also stuff on knitting and on gent’s clothes.
Lower Floor
---------------
The actual lower floor contains a lot of homely stuff such as kitchen utilities, Lighting, carpert, ornaments and mirrors.
This is just few of the thing available in the store but what I want to comment on is the excellent service I got when I brought my television.
I went into John Lewis about 3 months ago to buy a television and the range they had was not too big. Now the reason for this was because to my amazement was the store actually offer a 5 years guarantee with television. They actually decide on which television which will last for the five-year guarantee.
A sales guy explains to me why they offer this and show me a range of television to select from. I knew which television I wanted it was a 32 inch Widescreen Philip.
He went through so much information about the television as if he been trained on the product very well. He also suggested that I could spread the cost with one of their store cards.
I have been to a few other stores like Curry’s and Dixson and they did not offer the guarantee like this store did. The price was slightly cheaper in john Lewis and the service won the deal.
I brought my television and am really happy with it and would recommend to anyone who looking at buying a television to go to John Lewis. Even if the mo
del has expired after three years and the store can’t get it re-paired then they will replace it with the latest model available.
I would recommend to anyone to shop in this store.

- 17/07/01 ALL their stores are great. I liked Peter Jones/Oxford Street/Coles Bros (Sheffield) and the one in Edinburgh.
Don&# 39;t forget they are 'never knowingly under-sold'. We bought some carpet tiles from there, which we has seen at a lower price in a local carpet store. John Lewis matched this price and they'll do the same with web site prices.
Their two annual Sales are also superb. |
