Like many ladies, I have a bit of a shoe fetish. Being petite (aka a shortass), I'm rarely out in public without a pair of pretty high heels strapped to my pins. However, after fifteen years of foot agony and back problems, I've started to worry about what my obsession is doing to my body. Cue a new year's resolution to buy only comfortable shoes! Don't think for a second that this means I'm abandoning teetering around on stilettoes, or risking my ankles in platforms, however! Oh no! I went to a Jones The Bootmaker store and spotted a pair of boots that I just loved. I did not have the money at the time to buy them. But then it was time for the January sales and I thought I would just check out if they had them on sale. Yes but only a size 10, obviously I was disappointed as thats too big for me. I did however buy some shoes which are so comfortable, I wear them often. I went to another Jones store, after and brought another pair of really nice shoes all on sale for a very reasonable price. The staff were lovely and gave me further information how to care for my shoes. But I was still dreaming of my boots. ... Read the complete review

TO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM I love this shop and if I had loads of money I would buy it. My mind is wandering again, it happens when I think of shoes and these ones in particular. When I was in London years ago I strolled into this shop only to window look really but ended up buying a pair of boots, which I thought then, cost me a small fortune. They lasted me years and it was money well spent. I have now found another of these shops in Edinburgh on George St. Happy days because I go over visiting there more often than I go to London.
