Description: Womens clothing retailers

Newest Review: ... worn intermittently over five or six years, but at £140 original price, its still cost me at least £6 per wear! The service in Karen Millen is also a little disappointing - in a slightly more porky phase I was told by a girl in Karen Millen that although the clothes go up to a 16, they might not look that good on me! I don't think she was intentionally rude, but it did make me feel awful, ... more

Premium Review Karen Millen: You can never be too thin or too rich! (422 words)

Karen Millen was the shop I wished I could afford to buy clothes in back when I was a student. I used to float in, touch the lovely things and try on dresses, then slink out in the guilty knowledge that I would nt be spending any money in there any time soon! Now, being a grown woman of 32, with a job (!), I can afford the clothes in Karen Millen - but I rarely actually shop there! Let me explain why... The store environment is straightforward - racks of clothes around the edge and down the centre, with clothes arranged by design and colour. There are mirrors on the shop-floor, and happily not too many items are folded. This is always a turn-off for ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Expensive and Tiny - My experience of Karen Millen (176 words)

Karen Millen is a premium high street fashion brand. Her clothes are vibrant and expensive. The fabrics she uses are high quality such as silk and heavy satins. There are Karen Millen shops all over the country but they are in the larger towns and cities. Shops are usually quiet with white walls and floors. The garments are packed in a little making seeing them a little difficult. Although the clothes look great on the hanger they just don't seem to suit me. The colours are far too bright and sizes seem way out. I am usually a size 6 but in Karen Millen even an 8 is too tightv (especially on top) Another thing that bugs me about Karen Millen is the ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Karen Millen: Good occasion clothing (162 words)

Karen Millen - there are many mixed reviews. The shop is well laid out and the rails are not overstuffed which is a pleasant change. The items are well displayed and the store is clean and bright. The staff could be friendlier and many have an air of superiority about them, however I can't say I've ever spent long enough with any of them for it to be a problem. The clothes are well made and flattering designs. I have to say the sizing policy is not good for your self esteem. As a size 14 everywhere else I take a size 16 in Karen Millen - very depressing. Their returns policy means no cash back therefore you need to be sure that 1. you definately want to ...  Read the complete review

Express Review on Karen Millen

I think their returns policy is terrible. I had stiching come out of a top in two places before I even got out of the door on the first night of wearing. The snooty sales assistant refused to exchange it saying I should stitch it up myself. Karen Millen HQ agreed to a refund 3 months ago when I sent the item back and I am still waiting for it, despite chasing them. That was the first and last time I buy from Karen Millen.
