Disadvantages: Bad service - absolutley no telephone contact as too busy so email and no responses to email.
To sum up placed an order in the sale - received wrong item - was promised the correct item would be held and sent out on return of the original which i did same dy. Just got refunded on return no explanation and still no correct top. Sunsequently reordered the same top on the same day was told out of stock, and at full price and hey ho on its way. AT full price in stock, in the sale out - think this is against the law!! Have tried to phoen on 10 yes ten occasions and been on hold for 15-20 mins and now today you cannot even get through as their answerphone is too busy to take calls so only email allowed which is a 36 hour response time. The email i sent 6 days ago has still not been replied to!! i reordered another yesterday and they took payment and subsequently later refunded as out of stock yet again. Nothing on the website is up to date. I order regularly online approx 30 items a month and have never experienced anything like this!!!!!!!!!! SHocking!!
Summary: Total waste of time. Most items in sale on website out of stock . if you reorder at full price ok!!!
