Bad!!! dONT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!
i have had an account for over fiver years now. For the last two they and LXDirect have messed my account up. They want more money than I agreed to and its no joking matter. I now have a poor credit rating due to thier increasing errors. They never ring you back either.
Financial Ombudsman are now involved with both Kays and Littlewoods Direct. Its astonishing how bad they are. Soon as the debt is paid I am gone!
Grrrrrrr!
UPDATE
I have since had a letter of apology from Kays and they have credited my account with £15 towards phone calls. They have also admitted responsibility and are looking to improve thier customer service. How they will do this after closing the Crosby call centre I really cannot imagine. They have also amended my credit report accordingly though I may ask them to pay for a copy to be sent to me for my own reassurance.
At least they listened this time and done what I asked. It still won't make me stay once this debt is cleared.....I will never order goods from them again.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not be worried about reporting issues to the Finanacial Ombudsman, the process is very easy to do.
1. Write a complaint to the company (post it recorded)
2. They ought to respond in a reasonable time with a Final Response letter
3. If you are unhappy with that phone the FO and they will take details, send you a form and the ball starts rolling from there.
