Kays catalogue stocks a multitude of clothe ranges, from high street stores to their own clothing range. The stock of the high street stores is very convient, especially if you want to buy something for an occassion and may not be able to afford it in the store, Kays gives you the option spread the cost, which is just not possible to do with high street stores, but due to this fact they tend to hike their prices up quite considerably.
Their own label, Love and south, which i believe is only stocked by littlewoods, who are also part of the same company, and pretty much stock the same items, are really nice clothes and tend to be more value for money, although sometimes the ranges can be quite plain, but then you get what you pay before, don't you?
Delivery from Kays can also be abit hit in miss, in my opion, you are sometimes waiting 3 weeks for your items to arrive , so if you do need anything imediately i'd probably say try somewhere else.

Summary: good for when you need clothes for an occassion and spread the cost but delivery and cost lets it do
