Newest Review: ... by e-mail. I have always found the customer service team to prompt and helpful. My Kiddicare purchases. A couple of years ago I purchased a Whinnie The Pooh basic highchair from Kiddicare. It cost just £24.99 and came with free delivery (quite unusual). The highchair was delivered within 3 working days and was great. It was a spare for my mum's house, which is why I chose a budget one. The highchair assembled easily, has been very hardwearing and really easy to clean. It has a sturdy plastic tray and a five-point harness. You would think things might be sorted out then, but don't hold your breath. You will probably get a promise that things will be sorted out and that they will phone you back within a short while, but they don't. Just more stupid lyeing Emails. I am glad I keep a record of all correspondance because I fully intend to use it. They show good stock levels that they dont have, they ...
