Advantages: Online Ordering Disadvantages: No phone or email contact (except at £1.50/minute), disappointing customer service As others have said, sending out a product and taking your monay isn't rocket science so people shouldn't heap praise on a company who just do what you've paid for. Where a company shines is in customer service, and I've been arguing for months to get a refund on a product which was faulty when delivered (a rocker chair). They also don't accept phone calls or emails, except on a £1.50/minute presmium phone line, although they prefer you to use their annoying online 'form' system. There are lots of other companies to buy from so take your choice. Summary: They don't seem to care about upsetting customers who they might lose forever! |
