Advantages: fast shipment, but that doesnt really matte when the product is faulty and you still have to pay!

Disadvantages: Disrespectufull and LYING STAFF! Horrible refund policy!

I've bought a maxi cosi travel system from kiddicare about 2 weeks ago, it arrived indeed really fast but when i first opened it, the right handle looked as it would brake at any second, there was without a doubt a big difference from the left to the right handle.
I called them explaining what was happening and at first they wanted me (pregnant of more than 30 weeks) to take this two huge boxes to the post office and pay for the post myself. I said that wouldn't be possible and so i was told someone would come to my address to check if there would be any problem with car.
It turned out only to arrive the truck driver which was not able to check if the product was actually broken or not, and he took it to their office.
I later received a call from them saying there was no problem with the car and everything was working fine and being so i would have to pay them 29 pounds for cost of transportation.
Beside that after sending the car back i went to a shop where they had the same travel system as i had bought from kiddicare, and this time there was even a plastic piece to connect both the right to the left handle making it a single handle and therefor giving much more stability.
I then called kiddicare once more and asked them why was this part not included in my box and if that was so, i wouldn't had to pay anything to them even though they decided my car was not faulty wich indeed it was!
I couldn't be more surprised when i talked on the phone with someone that supposedly had checked the car himself, and he was telling everything was alright including this missing part which i had never seen before was also inside the box as it should be.
Everyone i spoke to was incredibly arrogant and disrespectful!
But that is not the end. After a few days when checking my acount i realised they've taken the 29P out of my acount without paying me the refund for the chair.
I then called them for the third or forth time. And when i tried to respectfully explain them how disappointed i was with their HORRIBLE service, i couldn't be even more surprised when the phone was turned off while i was speaking.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE FILTHY COMPANY.
ALL I WANTED TO BUY WAS A CHAIR AND ENDED UP PAYING 29P FOR A FAULTY CHAIR WITH MISSING PARTS!

I apologize about my bad English but i thought everyone should know about this thanks.

Summary: WORST INTERNET SERVICE I'VE SEEN
