I've bought a maxi cosi travel system from kiddicare about 2 weeks ago, it arrived indeed really fast but when i first opened it, the right handle looked as it would brake at any second, there was without a doubt a big difference from the left to the right handle. I called them explaining what was happening and at first they wanted me ... Read the complete review

This review is for Kiddicare the shop not for Kiddicare.com. Kiddicare was established in 1974 and is now the largest privately owned nursery supplier to the public in the United Kingdom. I first became aware of Kiddicare about 8 years ago when my sister was pregnant with my niece. At the time there wasn't a huge number of ... Read the complete review

MY ADVICE IS DO NOT BUY FROM KIDDICARE. Their customer care is appalling. We have had a terrible time with them. They are unhelpful and downright rude. We had a problem with our payment and never even got to the point where we received any goods but for some reason the payment still showed on our credit card account and it was a nightmare trying to get it removed. They claimed not to be able to write a letter confirming the payment had been cancelled! Are they unable to write? We are now buying from Pram Centre Online (Glasgow Pram Centre) and they have been very helpful so far. Plus their phone line works on a Sunday, they match any other price and they are nice and friendly. Kiddicare's prices may be cheap but their attitude to customer care is terrible and not worth the stress.

unbelievably terrible customer service. Highchair was broken on arrival and they said they would collect on three seperate occasions but never did. I waited in all day with my toddler ...even after ringing them the third time and them saying they were definately coming. Never got a response to my 3 complaints and after using their contact form i only ever got "we'll look into it". I'm so upset with the way they deal with customers and would never ever ever buy from them again. Its so stressful. I just want my money back. Horrific. Can't believ they claim to have awards...what for???

Dreadful and appalling service! I ordered a cot bed and mattress from Kiddicare for my brother and his wife. I gave clear instructions for both items to be delivered to my brothers house in south west London. Both items were shown as having been despatched on the 22nd January, with the mattress being delivered the very next ... Read the complete review

Kiddicare has done more than any other retailer to damage the reputation of online retailing. Their customer service is shocking. Words cannot express the pain I have had trying to return a faulty Buggy Board. Instead of simply picking up the goods and exchanging them, they have done everything they can to suggest I am at fault and warn me I ... Read the complete review

I would never ever order anything form Kiddicare again. They care greatly about taking your money but couldn't care less about giving you your goods or money back. I would check out all the negative reviews of this awful place. Their products are very cheap (probably the cheapest online), I think they can offer these prices by paying only peanuts to the monkeys working at their customer service centre. Its strange how such horrible unhelpful people willingly choose a job that only involves talking to people all day. I have bought many things online before but this company for me, has to be the worst.

Kiddicare is a wonderful store that has recently undergone a massive transformation. They have re-located to Hampton to a purpose built three story building. On entrance to the site there is plenty of parking although parent & child bays are a bit limited which is dissapointing considering their clientelle. The store has it's own restuarant ... beware buying from Kiddicare - customer service is abismal. I ordered a cot with a 4-6 week delivery time but it has still not arrived some 12 weeks after the order was made. They have consistently blamed the supplier, despite the fact that they are holding some £280 of my money, which they seem most reluctant to refund.
They have now stopped replying to my emails and it is not possible to speak to anyone on the telephone.
Would strongly recommend going elsewhere for any major purchase - I have only given them one star here because this site will not let you leave the star rating blank

They sell all major brand names such as Graco, Silver Cross, Quinny, Tomee Tippee and Fisher Price. The ... Read the complete review

As others have said, sending out a product and taking your monay isn't rocket science so people shouldn't heap praise on a company who just do what you've paid for. Where a company shines is in customer service, and I've been arguing for months to get a refund on a product which was faulty when delivered (a rocker chair). They also don't accept ... Kiddicare customer care! What a Jerk, I mean Joke, or do I? As both are very applicable. "Emails only" just about sums up their duty of care. Then when you eventually get fed up with the daft replies you can pay the premium £1.50 per minute to the only telephone number published. You would think things might be sorted out then, ... Just read the review of Kiddicare - I think it is unfair, it really doesn't paint the full picture. If you need to contact them for anything, or there are any problems forget it! God help you if you want to know where your missing items are, it really is not their problem once they have your money.

We ordered a lot of stuff from kiddicare but unfortunately our baby died before birth. None of the items were opened and we contacted kiddicare many times via e-mail but never ever got a reply. "Babies are expensive." You hear people saying this all the time, but you never really believe it until it is your turn to have that first child. It is calculated that raising a child from birth to twenty-one costs a parent about the same as buying the average British house - £150,000. For child number one that ... Read the complete review

Since becoming pregnant I have been looking around various stores on and offline for the best deals and prices on baby stuff. I discovered this web site by accident when I was doing my research prior to buying a new buggy. I was amazed at the low prices quoted for items I had seen in the high street for much more. I have to confess to being a bit of a Kiddicare addict! I can't go to Peterborough without visiting, and I never come home empty handed. My first experience of Kiddicare was during my pregnancy.
