Makro ... first time I went to Makro I got knocked back been told I need a card and a written letter from my employer before I could get a application form for a card. I was baffled at first. But anyways I went home and borrowed my dads card. Got back to makro, pretty busy and generous parking areas available. Good Customer Service. And a huge warehouse full of top quality products for wholesale prices. Makro have everything. From inflatable swimming pools to Frozen Foods. Myself working in a trade I like to visit Makro every couple of weeks to purchase new tools, storage boxes and get these cheaper than any other shop around. Next ... do Next manage to keep going? quite frankly their clothing is boring and overpriced! apart from underwear, next menswear is not a trendy look for younger men. ok, they have made some effort to funk up their ranges but you can find exactly the same styles cheaper in primark or H&M. the last thing i bought from next was a pack of underwear from their new range and they were great value. but to pay 25 quid for a pair of shorts is just outrageous! perhaps next menswear caters for a more conservative market and for guys that have money to spend? they do have some good suits/trousers and have started to stock some cool mr men tshirts, but the only time i would ever cons... Tesco Direct ... will never shop with Tesco Direct again. They failed to deliver and then ignored my emails and calls (in a queue to customer service for 75 minutes before I hung up twice!). I emailed them to ask where my bed was and why it hadn t been delivered, they didn t know and couldn t arrange a redelivery until they spoke to the courier. 3 days later and I was still sleeping on the floor emailing them 4 times a day as no one would answer the telephone and they would take 24 hours to reply to my mail. In the end I cancelled my order because they couldn t deliver for another 2 weeks after telling me the courier company had a computer problem. I understand things go wrong but ignor...
