I am not the hugest fan of KwikSave supermarkets, and they don't appear to be riding the financial rollercoaster anywhere near the top, it seems as though KwikSave has almost completely vanished from society, and is just a distant memory of mediocre and messy, just like many of these cheaper style of supermarkets.

Kwik Save as I remember it was never very busy at all, I only went in a few times, wasn't impressed by the lack of staff, but then the custom wasn't there, so maybe they did't need any more, but looking around on the shelves I did find a lot of absolute bargains - some really cheap goods, and I was quite surprised that no one else was making advantage and shopping there?! I guess it comes down to more than just prices though, which was why the supermarket was practically baron, the shopping atmosphere was stale - much like their bread, which I later found out. Not the most pleasant experience.

The quality of their food was not the best I have tasted in my life, and that's why I never went back there - it is difficult finding a supermarket that you can be happy with, especially when you have to do the shopping more than your wife!!

So, I do not recommend to a friend, the store isn't running anymore in my area, and will probably be closing down as a whole if it hasn't already.

Stay clear, go to Tesco - cheap prices do not mean great products.
