La RedouteNewest Review: ... far as returns go I just pop them back in the bag with a section of the invoice and either take it to the post office or ring the courier to collect them. The courier is very hard to get hold of though so I normally use the post office. It doesn't cost anything and the money is refunded pretty quickly. Recently I ordered some goods and was offered a free handbag, I liked the handbag so was looking forward to everything arriving. The day of delivery I opened the parcel to find a free gift, not the handbag, 2 boxes of trial size special K with oats and honey??!! La Redoute in my experience have one of the worst customer services ever which for a business based on mail order is shocking. I am still waiting for a product ordered 3 months ago for them to even tell me when to expect delivery despite their website stating delivery as 2 weeks away. This is for a £400+ item so you might expect they would have the courtesy to look after us. They dont bother contacting me to tell what is happening and cant tell me when I can expect something (dont they have stock control!) Customer service are no use at all & you often getting a dead line when calling. Oh & to cap it all they sent a statement update with ...
