Advantages: Great style, great prices, great discounts, internet savvy

Disadvantages: They should open some shops!

I normally dislike catalogue shopping but was attracted to La Redoute due to it's great offers and discounts, stylish clothing and easy online ordering.
I've now received 3 orders from La Redoute and can honestly say that the service, pricing and quality of clothing is excellent. I'm always receiving letters offering more discounts and free gifts and it's great when they slash their prices which happens all the time.
As to those 3 orders I've received a £20 discount on 1 order, 20% off the 2nd and for the third, received a complimentary beach towel and beach bag! Added to this, the clothes I ordered are an absolute bargain as some of them are sold at half price due to them being from the autumn/winter range. Cardigans and jumpers for £5 anyone? Jackets for £10? Converse all stars for £15. The fit is good and the clothes are well made.
Now I have to stress that I'm 28 year old Londoner who loves to be fashionable and am not just after any old bargain. This is where La Redoute stands out - it has some excellent cutting edge fashion, great ranges such as Soft Grey, and all at very reasonable prices. Obviously there's a lot of tacky stuff - leapord skin trousers?? Spangly tops?? but there is plenty for me to choose from. I've just ordered a trendy cord blazer and A line skirt for £35 (plus I get a free iron!). Women's magazines such as Marie Claire or New Woman often feature clothes from La Redoute.
With regards to delivery I have encountered no problems. I have the items delivered to my workplace and can log into my account online and track the status of my order. I can also call the helpline free of charge, you're through to someone straight away who can offer friendly and helpful advice. It usually takes about a week if the items are in stock as they are shipped over from France. If you're not satisfied with the items, you can easily send them back free of charge.
As I'm a bit of an internet bod,
I've set up an account online, I order online, type in my offer code when I submit payment and then pay by debit or switch later in the month with a click of a button.
All in all, La Redoute offers stylish clothing at great prices at the click of a button. Added to this you'll regularly receive fantastic offers which means it's hard to resist ordering more items. My bulging wardrobe is testimony to this!
