DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND EFFORT ON THIS RIDICULOUSLY BAD COMPANY!
After moving house last year, i wrote to La Redoute and telephoned them to give my new address. I also requested copy statements in order to see what they "thought" they had sent me.
1) My address was updated but with the wrong house number (i have since discovered) and since i have not had any responses to my numerous letters even though they contain the CORRECT address, they have placed my account with a debt recovered agency!
I am utterly disgusted at the ordasity of this company and there utter disregard for customer service.
I am taking this to the small claims court. Please speak up if you have had a simelar experience! thank you.

I live in the united states and I've never had any problems with LAREDOUTE. I normally receive my order in 7 - 10 days. i really like their clothes and wish they would stay in bussiness. I noticed with my latest order that they sent me a spring 2008 catalog so i guess they wont be in bussiness much longer. they do have some great buys though . I got 3 skirts and 2 sweaters for less than 48.00. Too bad many stores are failing you can blame the economy and it all started here in the usa with the idiots in washington !

I am a frequent buyer from la redoute. I buy from there website which I find very easy to use and payments are very easy to process. If you sign up to their regular emails they will send you offers about twice a month with money off codes. Dont buy fron laredoute if you want delivery any time soon.
The money has left my account, but the bikinis i ordered are somewhere in transit- no one is prepared to say where, and i go on holiday tommorow.
in future, i will just stick to old fashioned shopping.
i used this company a lot, years ago- and ive just been unpleasantly reminded why i stopped.
Customer services are hopeless, and frankly, couldnt care less.
Try Oli.co.uk. Their delivery is super quick and quality very good.
I wish i had. I am now going to Bali bikiniless.....

I am still waiting for a product ordered 3 months ago for them to even tell me when to expect delivery despite their website stating delivery as 2 weeks away. Horrible company. More than 5 pages of negative reviews and complaints on this Russian site. http://www.fashiontime.ru/comment/3914.htmlI couldn't register at their UK site (tried like 15 times), automatic sign up doesn't work. E-mail sign up doen't work too. Items images are missing. I actually glad that couldn't register with them. Women wrote the things are of bad quality, delivered sometimes 4-6 months(!) late, hard to get your money back and etc. I've got the impression La Redout guys are swindlers, cheats and rascals.

I ordered from La Redoute for the first time recently. The clothes were of poor quality: cheap fabric, badly finished, seams coming apart, items not as shown in online catalogue. Despite being reduced to almost half their original price in the Christmas sale, they offered poor value for money. I was unable to get through to La Redoute by telephone and had great difficulty registering on the website because the customer number they had given me wasn't recognized by the site. The customer service department was very slow in replying to e-mails and its replies, when they came, were of little help. I won't be ordering from them again.
