La Senza is a shop that specialises in the sale of underwear, nightwear and lingerie.

I have used La Senza for many years purely due to the quality of their products. For underwear, I am a larger busted girl and La Senza has got the right idea. I hate places that assume because you need a larger bra, you don't want it to be pretty or sexy. La Senza do a wide range of different styles of bras, from; plain, floral, laced, ribbons, padded, gel bras, support bras, plunge bras and push up bras. All of these come in sizes ranging up to G I believe. This is a more recent addition as before they did not go over DD.

All underwear ranges can be brought in sets with matching thongs, knickers or shorts usually that can also be brought separately or in some of their many deals like "5 pairs for £7" etc

Price wise they are a little steeper than some places, but all products are a great quality and I like to know that I am buying something that I will get good use out of that will last as well as look good. Most Bras range from £10 - £25 completely depending on the style and type. Usually knickers and the like are about £8, but again this fluctuates depending on your choices.

La Senza also stock a good variety of pyjamas and night wear. They do sizes up to 16/18 but this may have changed to include larger sizes since I last shopped there. These come in many fashionable styles with different patterns and themes. The lingerie section is slightly smaller and does not have such a wide choice but they are all still very good quality. One disadvantage in this area is the way they size them, most of the teddies and corset style lingerie is sized in the usual 8,10,12 etc...But this does not account for bust size. Now surely all girls who are a size 14 do not have the same size breasts? and as such they may not fit in the right areas. It's always best to try these on first.

Recently the store has started stocking a small variety of male items, these include socks and boxer shorts, so maybe more men will be less embarrassed to accompany their girls into the shop now.

The stores I have been to are always widely spaced out and easy to navigate around, with clear section for the different styles of bras. There are changing room in store which are modern designed and offer privacy. The store also offer a free measuring service for girls who aren't 100% of their true bust size, I haven't had much luck with these in my own experience because they never seem to come back with a size that fits, but it may differ person to person.

So in my opinion, La Senza is a trustworthy shop that offers quality goods for a decent price. They have a great range and even cater for us bigger girls. I love how colourful and friendly the shops all seem to be, and enjoy every visit. Especially if there is a sale on! Nothing beats buying a nice set of stylish and correct fitting underwear to give a girl a bit of a boost. I would recommended any ladies (and now men too!) to try the shop out, they have a little something for everyone!
