Cheap but not a compromise on quality (Lidl)

I have recently moved and my new closest supermarket is Lidl. I've been in Lidl before but not regularly because I have never had one close by. I wasn't really expecting much from it, I thought it would be useful for the odd loaf of bread or some vegatables but I thought my regular shop would probably still be in Tesco.

I have to say though, I am so impressed with Lidl! I do the majority of my shopping there and it has saved me a fortune! Everything in there is cheaper than the average supermarket. The brands are mainly foreign so they aren't necessarily ones that you would recognise but give them a try because a lot of them are very good and for a much cheaper price.

I buy cereal in there for example and it is just as good as say tesco's own brand but much cheaper. Fruit and veg is so so much cheaper as well, I do all my fruit and veg shopping in Lidl.

I do still pop to Tesco to get certain things that I really like by certain brands but most of my food is from Lidl and it is very good quality.

Summary: a cheap alternative
