Newest Review: ... to music and literature. There are travel agencies, Restaurants, Cafes, tourist information points and a few craft shops. There are parking facilities and it was free when I went there but that could change. I am not sure on the number of car spaces but this is the most popular road in Barcelona and has bus stops out side, also the toruist bus stops on this section of the road. The best way ... more  ... to see the city is on foot or bus rather then driving. I spent a whole afternoon here, as there are what feels like a lifetime supply of shops. Barcelona’s L’illa shopping centre is in the centre of the city on the Av. Diagonal. You can notice it because it is built in a very modern style with lots of glass and metal. Inside it is like a large long 2 level corridor which is quite sterile looking ot be honest. I was not very busy when we went there on a Thursday afternoon and we only spent about an hour in there. It has over 130 fashion and accessories, I can tell you it is a woman’s paradise, over 4.000 m2 dedicated to sports and more than 3,000 m2 dedicated to music and literature.
