Little Tikes

Newest Review: ... These cars are very chunky and strong, with absolutley nothing on them which could harm a child, and they never topple over. As he got older this was still a firm favourite with him - he would push his baby brother around in it and sprawl himself over the top as it was moving! After about five years the only thing wrong with it was the colour had faded and the stickers had come off (so what!). I ended up giving it away to a friend and I believe it is still going strong. Many mother and toddler groups use Little Tykes toys because of their durability. Same story with the Little Tykes stoddler slide - never broke - just became too ... more

My sons (now age 8 and 11) had the Cozy Coupe bubble car and the Little Tykes toddler slide (among many other Little Tykes smaller toys). The eldest had the car for his first birthday and managed to sit in and propel it with his feet very easily. These cars are very chunky and strong, with absolutley nothing on them which could harm a child, and they never topple over. As he got older this was still a firm favourite with him - he would push his baby brother around in it and sprawl himself over the top as it was moving! This morning there was much excitement at Under Fives, our mums, and toddler group. The new Little Tikes kitchen had arrived and after 20 minutes fixing together and adding the pictures it was ready for use. It was not difficult to put together; I had come equipped with my screwdriver! Children were soon crowding round washing clothes, ironing and cooking meals. I regularly saw 5 children around it having fun. I then looked around the room at the toys being played with and it struck me that the toys with the longest useful life were all Little Tike toys. We have a Teeter totter, a rocker that can hold 1,2 or 3 children. We have had this for about 10 ...  Read the complete review

I think little tykes toys are the best I have two boys who are both special needs and do not a very long attention span, they have a tendancy of throwing things. I found with other toys after a couple of throws on to the concrete shattered a lot of them as they broke too easily but with Little Tykes i no longer have that problem. All there toys are strong and i have most of there products now. I have no complaints about any of them. My boys love the car transporter this also has two strong cars included wi th it so we got 3 toys for £30. also the teeter totter is a great toy for indoors or outdoors as so are all Little Tykes toys. There weather ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review 10 out of 10 to Tikes (257 words)

I have been reading all of the opinions on this company, and wholeheartedly agree. We have 4 boys, and plenty of Little Tikes equipment hanging around the house. It is sturdy and unbreakable, so far anyway. We have a walker, a rocking entertainer, a tricycle, and my toddlers favourite, his car transporter and little cars. Even when the older boys used the cars as rollerskates, they stood up to it, and showed no ill effects. The transporter has loads of features including a liftdown tailgate and interchangable lorry cab. Although these toys are on the large side, and are slightly more expensive than less superior makes, they ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Little Tikes: great toys - great prices (106 words)

Little tikes toys are great value for money. They are sturdy, bright, well made and toddler proof! We have a peek a boo tunnel and a roadster, both of which were less than £20 and I really do feel I got something for my money that will not only last my child well but also another after my child has outgrown them. The roadster was a little more fiddly to put together than the tunnel and took us about 30 minutes to get it together right. The only problem is these toys are huge and take up half of my living room! ...  Read the complete review
