Crap, crap, crap. I am NEVER using Littlewoods again. I ordered an item of clothing on 6th July and was told it would arrive on 15th July. Waited at home.....no show. Then I was told 17th July, then that it was in my local depot and would arrive on 18th July.

Now I've been told to wait till 31st July. So it seems it takes over TWO weeks to deliver from my local depot to my house.

I need this for the 25th July.

It wouldn't bother me if they'd just admitted from the start that they didn't know when it would arrive but being told time and again that it's almost here and now to be told it will be another 2 weeks is frustrating.

Stay away from Littlewoods.

Also, their customer service is shockingly bad. It must be embarressing to have such incompetent, rude customer service employees.

I would strongly advise that you avoid this company. After seeing a great deal on a website for a phone for around half the price of it's regular retail price, i bought it with the intention of selling it on and making a few quid. Unfortunately all didn't go as planned. The phone was only cheap if you bought it paying over a period of 20 weeks which was fine so i set it all up with a direct debit so it would be withdrawn from my account every month. I then recieved the phone and was impressed. Then everything went wrong. They screwed up. Bad. They first off charged me £40 the first week, now correct me if i'm wrong but a phone for £100 paid over 20 weeks isn't £40 a week ...

Do not buy from Littlewoods. I placed a order of a playstation 3 a month ago for my son it still hasn't arrived I have talked to the customer services and they didn't help one bit saying that it is getting sent from there supplier so they don't know when it will arrive. Terrible service would not buy from them again. When emailing customer service I told them how terrible there service was and I got a reply which wasn't the politest reply I have ever had saying it's not their fault it's out of their hands please don't contact us again till a extra month away .no thanks or anything like that at the end..Not very professional is it.

Don't shop at Littlewoods
