I have had my littlewoods catalogue for over three years now, and I must admit it comes in really handy as I don’t particularly like to go shopping. I hate crowds and I hate queuing.
I think the worst is around Christmas and that’s not that far off now either, as I found out today when I went to my local supermarket and it was full of Christmas decorations, I meant leave it out guys its only mid September!!!

To me it’s like everything you want under one roof (your sitting room), how cool is that!
I thought to myself one day I need a new pair of trainers, I had no cash until pay day and I really couldn’t be bothered to go out anyway so I gave them a call and they arrived 48hrs later. I was due to receive my latest addition of the Autumn/Winter catalogue and it never came, so I got on to the phone to them and requested another one, this must have happened at least four times and by this time I was pretty fed up as Christmas was approaching pretty fast and I still hadn’t been out to get anyone anything and I really wasn’t happy about facing all those crowds.
A few more days went by and still no sign of my new catalogue so a friend of mine suggested that I have a look online, I registered with Littlewoods and I haven’t looked back since.

I like fact that you can browse the products and any reductions are shown with the original price which I think is a great bonus. The online catalogue shows all the latest offers so that you don’t miss out because you are waiting for them to come through in the post. There is also a great facility where you can view your account status, once again this so that you don’t have to wait for it to come through the post so it allows you to pay it as soon as possible, it even shows your commission and in the worst possible case if you need to access any previous statements you can, it gives you a full account history.
Ordering is simple to and as I read in someone else’s review it lets you know if the product is in stock.

I have been using this facility now for nearly two years and so far I have had no problems with this website. I also think there online customer services are great as I remember that one month I didn’t have enough money to pay my bill so I sent them an email just asking if I could use some of my commission to pay the difference and they replied within 48hours confirming that this would be ok.
When I make a payment off of my current balance through the website I also receive an email to confirm that the payment has been made.
I receive regular emails telling me about the latest offers and of any discounts as well. I receive free delivery and if by chance I am not going to be there, they will deliver to an address that is convenient to me, returns are also free.
I think this is one of the best ways to shop any as I have previously said there is such a wide range to choose from. I’m glad I made the change and no more trying to get through on the phone either. I receive phone calls from them to see if I am happy with the service or if I have any orders to put through.

As far as the actual website goes it is one of the best online shopping websites I have used (and I have used a fair few!). The layout of it makes things very easy to find as it is all under various catergories be it housewares or mens clothing that you are looking for.

The website is usually fairly fast although it does have its off days where things run that little bit slower but dont they all. The best thing about it is that I can access all of my account information, make payments use my commission to pay for things etc all at the touch of a button. It is very simple website to use even for the less computer literate.
