Premium Review Lloydspharmacy: Lloyds is my friend (307 words)

This review is based on my local Lloyds pharmacy in Bletchley. I tend to go quite often as it is only 2 minutes away. The staff are always helpful and I often stop and chat with them as they are always full of local gossip. The shop itself is quite small, but offers everything a normal chemist will do from vitamins to bubble bath. It stocks a small selection of gifts closer to certain special dates usually christmas easter and mothers and fathers day. They deal with any perscription quickly the longest I have ever waited was 10 minutes. However usually I drop it in and collect on way back from the school run. They ...  Read the complete review

I'm beginning to like Lloyds Pharmacy more and more and moving away from Boots. Our local Lloyds is not very big but the staff are very friendly and goods are easy to access. They often have good offers on essentials such as shampoos and deodorants or 2 for the price of one which is very good as they are often branded names. Lloyds also sell reduced designer perfume which is great to stock up on for Christmas or birthday presents. Sometimes they have a dump basket with hair accessories or bangles which are also worth looking through....... The best thing about Lloyds I feel is their pharmacy department as they have a small consulting room where you can ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Lloydspharmacy: Good quality products, but staff lack customer relations ski ... (105 words)

We have a Lloyds pharmacy close by that I have used on a few occassions. The shop is clean and well organised. The isles are wide and easily accesible for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Lloyds stock a wide variety of "own make" products that are as good as the leading brand, but much cheaper. Children's paracetamol and ibrufen medicine is especially good value. On a less positive note, the staff do not seem very friendly or approacable. In fact they seem to spend a lot of time talking to colleagues and ignoring customers. Their manner is not at all ...  Read the complete review

Crowned Review This week's Jobsworth award goes to ........ (1175 words)

In the small town where I live we have a Lloyds pharmacy, together with two independent pharmacists. PRODUCTS Whenever I require anything of a general nature, I usually nip into Lloyds as I find their range of products much more extensive than the independent ones., but for prescriptions I would not use them, preferring the personal attention from my local pharmacist. Often the duty pharmacist in Lloyds changes and I do not feel known as an individual to them. Lloyds have a good range of own brand products and the quality is just as good as major brands, but less costly. They often have special offers on too, for example, I ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Lloydspharmacy: A Chemist a Day keeps the Doctor away (2101 words)

In the last couple of months due to my ill health I have come to know my local chemists very well indeed and had to make use of their services. You know the one, they are usually situated in the local high street, or more likely these days they are attached to your local medical centre. Now, as I have just stated it is only recently that I have got to know it well, previously like many others it was just a chemist shop, it sold toiletries, make-up, medicines over the counter and you went there to get your prescription. If you didn't need any of these services then you never really bothered with it, now be honest you don't do you? So you can see why I am ...  Read the complete review
