This is one of my favourite catalogues to buy clothes and furniture from. It's a mail order catalogue like Littlewoods, Kays etc, but it generally has way better prices than most other catalogue companies. They have a great range of womenswear, with ranges to cater for the younger trendy market as well as older, more sophisticated women. They also cater for petite and tall women, and larger sizes. Look Again is a mail order catalogue that has ladies wear, menswear, kids stuff, home and garden items and exercise equipment. LOOK AGAIN is a catalogue company that I have boycotted. I purchased a three seater settee from their catalogue, 99T101 Three Seater Sloane Sofa. They insisted that I pay for the sofa in full before delivery and it was delivered on May 28, 2002. On August 11, 2002, I put a call in stating that the frame was bending/weak. This was a manufacuter problem, becuase it did not have support or feet in the center. I was told that they would uplift it. a week later, I was called and told that it could not be uplifted dute to being past the 28 day approval period which I was not even aware existed. Nice fashion "basics" (jeans, t-shirts) and the "trendy" items are good for a laugh! - Advantages: Not as expensive as some catalogues, Good home/electrical stuff, Good interest free options - Disadvantages: Most of the clothes are hideous, Stock availability is hit and miss, Some of the clothes are REALLY hideous
