Advantages: Scents, Variety, Natural

Disadvantages: Can be costly and addictive!

I am fairly new to the Lush lifestyle, however I am already addicted and have a list of things to buy with my next pay pack.

The stores are easy to find with good signage, or failing that just use your nose! If you go online you can find your nearest one. They are worldwide too which is great!

In store the staff are really friendly and offer help and advice to find the best product for yourself, or if your just browsing they leave you alone. What is great is they do demonstrations on the products you are intrested in to show you the effects and the smells and textures etc. Lush is suitable for both females and males, which is great!

The products are of the cosmetic variety, but what this store stands out for is that they are all handmade, and pretty different to the products elsewhere. The items contain natural, fresh ingredients and essential oils too.

Here are some of my faves:

Ocean Salt Scrub:
An invigorating cleanser that leaves you feeling fresh! Contains, lime, sea salt, coconut and vodka, which tastes great if you happen to get some on your mouth! Suitable for both oily and dry skin! It is quite costly at £5.96 for the smallest tub, but it is worth it!

Angels on Bare Skin:
A rose and lavender cleanser and exfoliater that is great for dry flaky skin! It smells lovely and really refreshes your face! You only need a little bit of the product and mixed with a drop or two of water it makes a paste that is easy to apply.

Rub Rub Rub:
This is a shower gel that has a really distinctive smell that stays on even after your dried. You only need a few drops to get all lathered up so a little goes a long way.

Fever:
This is a massage bar that has a great scent of rose and sandalwood. I love the feel of it on the skin and it leaves you with a sexy scent!

They have a wide range of shower items such as Shower Jelly, Emotibombs, Smoothie Shower Soaps etc. So not just your typical shower gel. You can really set the scene for your shower, either alone or with someone else!

The Bath products are great too, with Bubble bars that you crumble into the bath and creates a lovely aroma as well as a silky feel in the water that leaves you feeling moisturised. Bath ballistics are also quite fun too with a range available, depending on the mood.

Lush have brought some fun to the shower, bath and general cosmetics! No need to tire over the make up or getting clean, now it can be an enjoyable experience. With products varying all the time, there's always something new to try!

Also a bonus is that Lush is great for gifts too. Whether you wish to choose the products yourself to create a present, or get one all wrapped up ready to go!

I can't wait to try more products!
