Fantastic customer service (Lush)

This review is of the customer service in Lush, not the products themselves (which I really love!) After receiving a gift pack last Christmas from my lovely brother, I wanted to get down to Lush (a shop I'd never been to before) to use my 10% off voucher that is included in all gift packs, but as the products are quite expensive I decided to wait until my birthday and use some birthday money.

So I got to the shop, and started browsing armed with a basket, and the shop staff were really lovely - dead friendly and nice. I chose a number of bath bombs and bath ballistics (yum) and one of the assistants came over and offered to wrap them up for me while I was still browsing. She also told me about the special offer they had where if you spend over £20 you get a free product!

I would definitely go back to Lush anyway, because I love their products, but having such lovely, helpful and friendly staff is another bonus and I thought the staff deserved their own review!
