Mackays or M & Co as it is now better known, can be found on most High Streets. I have been shopping at Mackays for a good number of years now. It is a store which sells Ladies, Gents and Childrens Clothing and shoes. Larger stores also have a great selection of bedding, curtains and towels. Most of the stores that I shop in are on two floors. There is normally a lift to the upper floor. I shop here quite a lot for my casual wear. I find that I can get trousers which fit me properly and are the correct length. I need trousers which are short in length but are generous at the waist. Although I regularly shop in the store I have only used Mackays online service a couple of times. So far I have been pleased with the service. I use a lot of these sorts of sites to buy clothes as I find it hard shopping with three young children. This isn't one of the best but it's ok. The delivery isn't very fast and it is quite costly. Returns are via Royal Mail or to your local store. When I attempted to return an item staff were unsure how to deal with a Internet order return and so I was kept waiting a long time while they bodged it through their system. You may call me a snob, but I hate cheap clothes. I would rather pay a little more for quality and know it will last. I had never been in Mackays as I have always been put off by the window displays. Often cheap frumpy lady’s clothes are displayed or tacky children’s fashion wear. I had decided that this shop was not for me. Well, that changed this week.
