Advantages: Shopping from the comfort of your home

Disadvantages: Returns only in store or via royal mail

Although I regularly shop in the store I have only used Mackays online service a
couple of times. So far I have been pleased with the service. I use a lot of these sorts
of sites to buy clothes as I find it hard shopping with three young children. This isn't
one of the best but it's ok. The delivery isn't very fast and it is quite costly. Returns
are via Royal Mail or to your local store. When I attempted to return an item staff
were unsure how to deal with a Internet order return and so I was kept waiting a long
time while they bodged it through their system. You can buy from all their ranges
including the kids and plus sizes but I don't think there is a much choice online. They
do have sale item online and sometimes other offers are available. Searching around
the site is relatively easy and a nice selection of clothes are available. I don't think
they have had online sales for very long so hopefully the service will improve.
