It's a warehouse stockists for businesses, so you have to be registered as a business or as an employee of a business to use it and get a membership card. I first began visiting Makro just over 3 years ago, when I started a new job. All employees were able to apply for a Makro card. I wasn't over eager on getting a card - I had never been to Makro although as it was quite close to where I lived, passed it many times a week. However, a card was ordered for me anyway. I didn't use the card for a few months until a 'Makro Mail' appeared on my desk at work. Makro……A Great Store….. I went to Makro yesterday to get blank CD’s which I had spotted in their catalogue which they post out once a month. Now to get into Makro you need a card, I don’t have one myself but I borrowed one from the Company I work for, just a pity I couldn’t get them to pay for the CD’s !!
