Worst ever on line shopping experiance, checked online if product was instock prior to ordering, phoned to check delivery details and confirm express delivery charge, ordered product, next day delivery, waited in all day, failed to deliver, phoned & they confirmed they would deliver next day, waited in for another day, failed to deliver!! two waisted days. canceled order. two weeks later and seven telphone calls. they have still not returned or refunded money. they fail to return telephone calls when they say they will phone back. totally unprofesional company. have had to put the matter into dispute with credit card company, if money not creditid I'm quite prepared to take Maplins to court, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, ORDER AT YOUR OWN PERIL.
