We have just received some bedroom furniture from Marks & Spencer and are very pleased with the service. The bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers were ordered before christmas and we were made aware of the lead time at the time of ordering and they were spot on when they said seven weeks.
It was all ordered online and the money was not taken from our account until the day of delivery. They did not even take a deposit. They rang us a week ago and offered us a couple of days the delivery could take place. Once we agreed a day, they told us to ring the day before and they could give us a four hour time slot which we did and they delivered exactly when they said they would, despite the snowy weather. The two delivery men were polite and curteous and carried the furniture upstairs to the room we wanted it in.
We have had furniture delivered from MFI and Laura Ashley and this was the best service so far.
The furniture was good value as they had a 30% offer on when we ordered and we received another 5% cashback through Quidco.

Summary: Great service.
