This store is one of the largest shops in Oxford. The outside is quite dated and the 'Marks and Spencer' sign is one of the really old versions. I recently bought a pair of shoes from M & S. After just 3 months, the heel started to disintegrate on left and right shoes. I returned to the shop where ths CSA claimed that no refund or replacement was due because it was "fair wear and tear". I guess when you buy £45 shoes from M & S, they are only meant to last a few months. I e-mailed with a complaint to M Rose, but heard nothing back in reply. Do you think I shop at M & S anymore?
