MFI - think twice before you buy, find a good local family owned business as an alternative! (MFI)

Disadvantages: Quality, Delivery, Customer Care, Just about everything

Having spend almost £1,600 on MFI bedroom furniture (without a discount on the day would have been almost £2,000) you would have thought you would get reasonable quality.

After 8 delveries, this means 8 days off work, we have now given up.

Please if you are thinking about buying MFI, don't, their attitude towards the customer is truly bad.

We are now suing through our c/c company for a full refund and removal of goods.

Summary: Aviod MFI at all costs
