Aftersales Service....what aftersales service (MFI)

Advantages: Deliveries arrive when they say they will Disadvantages: Rubbish Customer Service and guaranteed damaged deliveries MFI are the epitomy of all that equates to 'jobsworth' customer service. Every delivery we had from MFI had damaged pieces. When reporting the damage they ask you if the damage will be noticable! Hardly relevant, I'm not paying for damaged goods I'm paying for perfect items. We had to wait 3 weeks for 1 replacement part. What really amazed me was that we mistakenly reported a missing hanging rail for a wardrobe within 7 days, unfortunately you only get 3 days for missing goods, it's 7 days to report damages. They absolutely refused to replace the item we were told to reorder. refering us repeatedly to the Customer Charter. Imagine if this had been a really expensive piece of equipment, it's obvious they use this to make some money up on their sales. Final thought, if you are thinking of using MFI for anything....DON'T. There are far better, fairer suppliers out there and if they cost you and extra few pounds it will be worth every penny. Summary: Don't expect any aftersales Customer Service from MFI, |
