Dreadfull service, rude staff, useless customer services.
Its all true. We ordered a three piece suite with a promised delivery date. It didn't come. No phone call or apology, just hours on our part trying to get them to commit to a promise. All we got was indifference. When I got stroppy with them they went all offended as though they had done nothing wrong.
We were "promised" a new delivery day with a commitment to deliver before 2pm. 2.30pm nothing, so I phoned. Customer (don't!) Care got stroppy again when told a few home truths.
Suite eventually arrived 4.30pm after 3 further calls. Delivery company had no idea how to handle large furniture. We regret setting foot into MFI and advise all others not to go near.

Summary: Go elsewhere.
