Disadvantages: How may times to do want to wait for delivery before you get it?

I can ony echo previous complains about customer services and deliveries. I phoned them up 4 times over a two week period to confirm a delivery - the last phonecall the day before. The day came and went and no delivery. They had changed the delivery to the following day without telling me and I could not be there. Now I have to wait another two weeks as they deliver on a two week cycle.

They will only discuss 'compensation' when we have taken final delivery. I can understand that of course. After delivery has been 'finalised' they can just ignore you without being taken to court for breach of contract.

Only go to MFI if you like being lied to again and again.

Summary: Try Wicks. Not a cheap but excelent service.
