Bought my bathroom in July and paid balance at beginning of October. Wasn't told at the time that you don't find out until the night before, when you call the company, when the delivery is going to be. Incredibly inconvenient as it means taking a whole day off work for a 10 minute delivery! The fitting was scheduled for 5th November which went according to plan until it was noticed that the toilet delivered was the wrong one. Luckily, I had used an MFI fitter otherwise I would have had to pay for another one as it was outside the 3 day period. The correct toilet was due to be delivered on the Tuesday but didn't show up. It was delivered on the Friday but was smashed so not accepted. Another one was sent the next Tuesday but due to the fitter's work commitments, he couldn't return to plumb it in until the Friday. This meant that I was 19 days without a toilet. Despite writing letters and phoning the store, no-one has apologised. I have asked for compensation because of all the rearrangement of family visits that took place as a result but at this point, even an apology would be nice. Nothing. Once they have your money, customer service goes out of the window. They are just not interested. I can't recommend them because of this even though eventually I do now have a great bathroom.
