Advantages: no advantages whatsoever unless its bonfire night and you can burn the wood

Disadvantages: everything you can think of, stress stress and more stress and no furniture.

my story is similar

ordered san remo furniture for lounge, tv cabinet turned up bashed and scratched, bookcase sent with a known fault whiich the techncal dept admited when they called me back after 5 hours. sideboard also didnt fit together.

ordered replacements- delivery date arrived the items didnt. new delivery date yet tba.

the bedroom furniture (seperate order) i was advised the day before would be coming without the sides to the wardrobe!!(how can you build a wardrobe with no sides?) new delivery date for the sides a week later.

shocking call back times if you want to speak to a manager you have to request a call back which takes 6 hours because theyre so busy dealing with complaints. hopeless and MFI stands for Mother F***ing Idiots.

this is th eworse company in terms of quality and service. they throw the "youve signed the charter" line at you, but where does it say on the charter they will deliver shoddy ill fitting furniture , certainly is "NOT QUALITY BUILT IN"
