Dont buy at MFI (MFI)

Ordered a schreiber wardrobe system 2 double & 1x corner robe £490.65 from the North Shields MFI store 9 Jan 08. Delivery date set for 25 Jan 08. Delivery came with damaged corner & 1x double damaged - no cornice & 12m plinth - not required!
Rang customer services and after 30min - spoke to lady who even asked would we accept the damaged items for a reduction in price? - No way...
Another two weeks passed and we had another delivery - this time 1 x wrong item - still no cornice
Further two weeks later (6 weeks in total and 3 days off work)
3rd time correct corner robe and no uplift of wrong item! eventually got cornice and after asking about plinth returned was told excess stock - therefore no refund due - what a bunch of incompetent pirates - needless to say dont buy at MFI!

Summary: Terrible experience from beginning to end - not worthy of 1 x star
