I will never deal with MFI again. My Kitchen was paid for in full in January 2008, delivered 20/2/08 and should have been installed within 3 days. Because I am disabled we paid to stay in a hotel for 3 days so that the water, power etc could be turned off.
It is now the end of April and my kitchen is still not installed, there are units missing and deliveries do not arrive at the arranged time & day. The stress of all of this has caused me to have serious health problems and the cost of moving out in order to facilitate the work has been crippling financially. MFI don't appear to care or want to help I am disgusted with them. Avoid this company at all costs they will let you down badly and wont try to rectify any problems because they already have your money. AVOID MFI
