Advantages: Sell sofas,beds,furniture

Disadvantages: High prices,bad service,damaged items on sale

MFI has been horrible with its service in Blackburn and last year it was more than horrible for me to use them. Came with my partner looking for a new sofa for the house it was crazy that not even one staff member was available around to help.

They had just two people working in the store on the day and it was horrible finding help as you could not find any here.

They had some alright beds available but their prices were just so high. After 20 minutes we got help here and then the staff worker we got was a little bit too pushy with the sales here.

She was just about nearly forcing us to buy from here. She just would stop at all and tried her best with some ridiculous comments which did not apply to the bed in order for us to buy it.

The customer service was just pathetic all over and some beds on sale had stain marks on them. I even saw one Black Sofa on sale here which had a little bit of damage on it. This just raises questions in my head what job are the staff doing here? The other thing is why were they selling some beds with stains on the bed sheets? Why sell sofas with big damage marks on the side?
