MFI why don`t they stock what they sell? (MFI)

I think MFI give a terrible service. I recently went to spend £400 cash on bedroom units, I didn`t want to get them too early, incase the bedroom wasn`t finished, I didn`t want them in the way...they said it would be 4 weeks wait...why!? I waited, they arrived, I
finally arranged the room and relised I needed one more small set of draws, so I went to the shop...5 weeks wait! why?
why can`t they stock them!? their showrooms are big enough....if they really don`t want to stock them, then why can`t we have what we but sooner, a week is more reasonable.

You cannot even buy a small item `over the counter` everything has to be ordered.

Well they are doing themselves out of so much money...most people want to see what they buy, not wait and hope it turns up on time.

When I mentioned to people I was waiting for units from MFI so many said they don`t even bother with the place anymore, don`t even window shop there, because of the wait.

The products are fine, even the self assembly...you get what you pay for & buy what suits you....but who wants to wait for every item.

I wanted a little book case for my childrens room, I was tidying their room one day & decided it`s what I need, I went to MFI first being cheap & cheerful, but it had to be ordered...4 week wait...what a joke...so I went elsewhere, paid the same, and took it home that day.

MFI stop wasting all that space at retail parks & stock some goods, you are losing customers!
