When you first step into the MFI store, it’s looks really good, they have some really smart stuff bedroom furniture, kitchens and computer workstations.
The prices are all really low as well.

The first time I went in I saw two bookcases, they were £15 for a small one and £24 for a larger one.
I went to the desk said I wanted these, and I was able take them straight away, I just put them in the boot of my car, most of the stuff is self assemble, so check that all the bits are there.

I was quite pleased with my purchases, I went back about 6 months later, I was looking for a vanity unit, I saw one in a sale, in was an ex display one, all assembled.
I rushed to the desk, and said I wanted it, I assumed I could just put it in the back of my car, but to my surprise, the sales assistant said, I couldn’t do this, I would have to wait up to 6 weeks to have it delivered.

I wanted a vanity unit, straight away, so I said I wanted a different one, he said that all the items had to be delivered, you are not able to just take them home any more.
This is completely stupid, fair enough, if the delivery is prompt, but 6 weeks is a joke, this store has gone completely downhill.
