Appalling service. Ordered my fridge / freezer, they took £350 from my account immediately but didn't receive my goods for 2 months after several emails & phone calls. Delivery was very difficult to arrange. Outsourced to courier company but didn't have ability to call them to arrange delivery so had to wait a further week until we were contacted by them to take delivery!

So we had a nosey and there was our preferred washing machine at £155! Wow, what a saving! Cheap was the main word for what we needed in a new washing ...
